Position Summary: Lead and mentor a team of engineers to successfully deliver impactful projects from concept through completion. In this role, you will drive project success by guiding planning efforts, defining scope, managing schedules and budgets, and coordinating multidisciplinary teams. You’ll serve as a key communicator with stakeholders, proactively manage risks and resources, ensure high standards of quality, and keep projects on track through clear reporting and leadership.
