Our client, based in Ajax, ON, has partnered with Kelly to seek a **_Transportation Administrative Assistant_** for a temporary 6-month opportunity (with possible extension) within their transportation division.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Responsible for overseeing and managing all paperwork related to driver time sheets.
+ Assess workflow accuracy and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
+ Identify any discrepancies or additional charges through thorough paperwork and systems validation.
+ Create carrier invoicing templates and promptly review and process corrections in a professional manner.
**Qualifications:**
+ Must have data entry/administrative experience within the transportation industry.
+ Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency
