Our Childerditch operation is looking for a proactive and motivated Transport Supervisor to join the team. In this key role, you will help drive the smooth, safe, and efficient running of our transport operation, ensuring resources are effectively allocated to balance exceptional service delivery with operational costs. You will play an important part in maintaining performance, supporting the team, and contributing to the continued success of the operation.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

Reporting into the General Manager you will lead a team of HGV and Van drivers. You will ensure the product allocation and routes are planned. Your other day-to-day activities will include:

• Maintain and enhance compliance with H&S, transport, and O-Licence requirements by staying up to date with legislative changes and promoting professional development.
