Do you have experience planning transport operations within a fast‑paced environment? Are you confident using transport planning systems and analysing route performance and cost efficiency? Do you have good working knowledge of UK transport legislation?

We’re looking for a Transport Planner to join our Thrapston Primark site. This role is key to ensuring the efficient, compliant, and cost‑effective planning of transport operations while maintaining excellent service levels for customers. Working closely with drivers, warehouse teams, and customer service, you’ll be responsible for planning routes, managing resources, and reacting quickly to operational changes.

This is a full‑time, permanent position working 40 hours per week with the following shift patterns:

• Shift A: Sunday‑Thursday 10:00 – 18:00 (30% shift allowance for Sunday)
• Shift B: Thursday‑Monday 09:00 – 17:00 (30% shift allowance for Saturday and Sunday)
