Position Overview
Key Roles & Responsibilities 1. Fleet & Transport Operations Management - Manage the daily transport operations for construction projects.
- Allocate routes and schedules for drivers based on project requirements.
- Coordinate transportation of workers, materials, tools, and equipment to sites.
- Monitor vehicle movement and ensure efficient utilization of fleet resources.
- Ensure timely dispatch and delivery to project locations.
2. Driver Supervision & Coordination - Supervise and manage all company drivers and transport staff.
- Prepare driver duty rosters and route assignments.
- Monitor driver attendance, punctuality, and performance.
