Transformation Consultant (Project & Change Management)

Overview
This role is responsible for driving and supporting transformation initiatives within a highly regulated organisation focused on nuclear safety, radioactive waste processing, and decommissioning activities. The Transformation Consultant ensures that projects are delivered in line with strategic objectives, regulatory requirements, and operational constraints, while enabling sustainable change across the organisation.

The role combines project leadership, stakeholder management, and change enablement to ensure successful delivery and adoption of new processes, systems, and technologies.
