Transformation and Change Lead

As AXA XL continues to invest in its end-to-end capabilities, the Transformation and Change Lead will oversee the implementation of cross-functional initiatives, , complex programs of high USD investments that require the involvement and/or impact of more than one function or business unit.

The Transformation and Change Lead will ensure that programs are managed in a holistic fashion and technology deliverables as well as operational / business deliverables are met

What will your essential responsibilities include?

•:Set up and launch the program/project working closely with key stakeholders across business, technology and other functions (TCD and non-TCD) on program charter, program structuring (including Agile product teams), milestone and project planning/roadmap, KPI definitions.Establish governance structure and onboard projec...
