Ensure smooth and timely freight process flowEnsure accurate and timely data entry into our operational systemTrack and Trace Transcon files and reportingEnsure accurate and timely client and vendor billingInteract with customers in arranging their shipments to meet customers service standardsContribute and maintain good relationships with suppliersNetwork communications, timely responses to emails and requestsMeet KPI standards in accordance with Company policyQualifications
