The firm has the prime opportunity to have a positive impact on their client – both strategics (private and public) and private equity investor groups operating in a variety of industries, including manufacturing, distribution, technology, retail restaurant and hospitality, healthcare, government contracting, construction and business services. With the firm’s specialized knowledge, they dive into clients’ buy-side and sell-side transactions and reemerge with important information that clients consider in connection with their decision to execute mergers, acquisitions, and divestiture transactions.
