The purpose of this position is to evaluate and manage the training and education program on behalf of the assigned Group Organization ( e.g. Mission Support Group, Operations Group, Medical Group & Maintenance Group) and assist Unit Training Managers within subordinate units, as needed. Responsibilities Plans, organizes, leads, and controls the Group training program and assists Unit training programs as needed to ensure combat readiness. Assist with processing of all Career Development Course (CDC) waivers, reenrollment requests and two-time CDC failures for the Group and subordinate units. Administers Training and Distance Learning Programs. Responsible for overall management of OJT program for the Group and oversight of subordinate unit's OJT program.
