**Location:** Cleveland, OH
**Schedule:** 4 days per week (flexible days)
Pay: $20/hour

This position offers schedule flexibility and the opportunity to impact the growth and culture of a University in Northeast Ohio.
**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Implement and manage comprehensive training and professional development programs for staff, faculty, supervisors, and administrators.
+ Evaluate, promote, and continuously improve training programs using metrics, feedback, and best practices.
+ Oversee training program communications, internal marketing, and maintain the Professional Development Center’s website content.
+ Collaborate with university departments and external partners to expand and enrich professional development offerings.
+ Assist in university-wide HR event planning and execution.
