Job Summary

An outstanding individual is sought to fulfil the role of Training Programme Director for Obstetrics & Gynaecology, with a focus on Trainees Requiring Additional Support (TRAS). This is a 1 PA/4 hours per week vacancy (paid pro‑rata for variations). The role works with the Head of School to lead delivery of functions aligned to the NHS England mandate, focusing on learner supervision, assessment, faculty engagement and future workforce transformation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Obstetrics & Gynaecology Training Programme.
• Address specialty‑specific matters and trainee/trainer concerns.
