Position Overview
Job Summary: The Training Officer is responsible for planning, organizing, and conducting training programs for employees in Garments, Spinning, Weaving, and Sizing departments. The officer must possess sound knowledge of production processes, machine operations, quality standards, and safety procedures in all departments and ensure employees are properly trained to improve productivity, quality, and workplace safety. Roles & Responsibilities: Training & Development: Conduct induction training and on-job training for new employees and workers. Plan and deliver skill development programs for Garments, Spinning, Weaving, and Sizing departments. Identify training requirements and prepare department-wise training schedules. Assess employee skill levels and provide refresher training when required. Evaluate training effectiveness and employee performance after training sessions.
