The Training Manager oversees the development, implementation, and evaluation of training programs to ensure employees have the skills and knowledge to excel in their roles. This position involves leading a team of trainers, coordinating training schedules, and collaborating with various departments to align training initiatives with organizational goals Associates need to be able to operate machinery, ensure compliance with safety regulations and organize and clean the warehouse.
