Position Overview
- Develop training strategy and modular programs: onboarding, product, sales, CX, visual merchandising.
- Identify training needs using store audits, sales data, mystery shopping, and manager feedback.
- Design and deliver blended learning (classroom, on-the-job, e-learning, ToT).
- Conduct store visits, assess retail standards, and coach managers and sales teams; implement improvement plans.
- Define and track training KPIs (conversion, ATV, NPS, mystery shop, competency scores); report impact and ROI.
- Partner with operations, merchandising, and marketing for seamless program implementation.
- Lead leadership development and mentor regional trainers; manage training calendars and LMS.
Must-have experience & skills
- 5+ years in retail training, L&D, or store operations; luxury retail strongly preferred.
