Position Overview
- Understand and implement the unit operations plan by reviewing activities, projects, and performance measures, communicating with stakeholders, and monitoring implementation daily.
- Track and report on performance by monitoring progress against targets, identifying concerns, and submitting reports quarterly and as required.
- Monitor performance by identifying deviations, analysing root causes, and implementing corrective actions monthly and as needed.
- Comply with policies by maintaining up-to-date knowledge, attending training, and resolving queries daily and as required.
- Comply with processes by staying informed on procedures, applying them correctly, and addressing concerns daily
