Position Overview
Training Reporting - Work with Training Manager on the Training/ HR Reporting
- Collate data for HQ Monthly Training Report/ Training by frequency & attendance report
- Update and collate data for Training Monthly Productivity Report
- Update Training Weekly Report
- Provide summary for HR department Annual Report
- Collect and consolidate the training results/feedbacks
Training Co-ordination - Liaise with CAG and operations on registration of new hires to CAG and QSM training course
- Training Communications with all parties
- Co-ordinate with Operations on brand training schedules/calendar and updates
- Support Retail Trainers and Training Manager to send out the training invites for our onboarding programme, MCP, WOW, AOS, BAT etc.
- Assist the Training Manager in sourcing for external courses like language course, MS office course etc
