The Training Delivery Specialist will act as a key instructor for the Training Organisation in the effective delivery of high quality training programs tailored to client and organisational needs. In this role, the incumbent is expected to possess an understanding of instructional design principles, TNA, adult learning methodologies and classroom facilitation techniques.
