Overview

Brandt is currently seeking a Training Coordinator for our Edmonton location. This position is responsible for the growth of the Operator Safety Training business in the Alberta region.

Responsibilities

• Administration of sales processes and certificate issuing
• Keep current on clients' business activities and needs
• Educate and advise clients by understanding their needs and recommending customized training solutions from our safety, compliance, and workforce development programs.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients with the goal of increasing sales and customer satisfaction
• Regularly prospect and cold call new clients to discuss new promotions and program
• Develop marketing and promotion strategies for the designated region
