Role Overview
Responsible for designing training strategies and plans to ensure that staff have the necessary knowledge to perform their functions and support the achievement of objectives; generate and carry out Organizational Development strategies focused on supporting organizational processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Support in the design and execution of the training program
- Ensure compliance with the standards applicable to the organization (STPS, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, Legal Requirements, etc.) related to training processes, and OD.
- Manage the administration of the DNCs of all the positions in the organization.
- Support the Job Onboarding Checklist process
