SUMMARY
Provide software development support and services for the U.S. Census Bureau (USCB) 2026 Census Test requirements.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Deliver a robust, integrated Information Technology (IT) solution providing a FedRAMP SaaS cloud-based platform for automation, standardization, and streamlining of job applications and assessments (Recruitment and Assessment (R&A) solution). Provide an innovative front-end solution to supplement our current automated processes for our integrated approach to recruiting, assessment, and onboarding in a timely manner. The solutions will function as a public facing applicant portal allowing the completion and submission of applications, assessments, documentation, and other onboarding functionality.
