**Salary: $68,000-$72,000**

**Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9am-5pm with some flexibility. This role is fully in person.**

The Training & Development Business Partner, DS/BI Residential Services is responsible for the creation and management of trainings within the Developmental and Brain Injury Residential Services divisions. They assess training needs and develop new trainings to meet the needs of the division.
