A vacancy has arisen within our Technical Sales department for a Trainee Technical Support Coordinator working within the Technical Support Department. The scope of this role is to support our global customer base and international TDK‑Lambda intercompany colleagues for both UK and TDK‑Lambda group products.

Main duties and responsibilities

• Respond to telephone, e‑mail and website enquiries from both customers and TDK intercompany colleagues.
• Source and liaise with all TDK‑Lambda support networks, providing product data and answers on request.
• Select suitable products and alternatives for Global customer base.
