We have a fantastic opportunity for a Trainee Service Advisor to join the Aftersales team at our Lloyd BMW Motorrad retailer based in Blackpool .

Salary: £26,000 with OTE up to £32,000

Hours: Monday – Friday, 08:30 – 18:00, working 1 in 3 Saturdays, 08:30 – 13:00

Role responsibilities

• Dealing with all customers in a professional, prompt and courteous manner, portraying a positive first impression of the Service Department.
• Advising on technical queries/issues.
• Booking vehicles into the department for work to be carried out, informing customers of the progress of their vehicle.
• Sell customer repairs/parts etc., and finalising the invoice on completion.
