Responsibilities

• Invoice Management: check and approve incoming invoices in DSS and SAP; issue outgoing invoices (milestones, additional invoices such as transfers between sites, credit notes); prepare payment requests for Finance and monitor incoming payments; coordinate with Finance to ensure correct accounting bookings.
