A Mechanical Trainee in a dry type transformer factroy begins their day with a briefing to outline daily objectives and safety protocols, followed by a walkthrough of the production floor to understand the manufacturing workflow. The bulk of the day is spent gaining hands-on experience under supervision, involving tasks such as assisting in the design phase using Creo Pro Engineer software, participating in the assembly of transformer components, and conducting performance tests.
