The role supports the Project Director in coordinating and delivering a range of commercial and residential projects across Essex, offering hands‑on training, mentorship, and a clear pathway to career progression.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of multiple projects, including refurbishments, extensions, and new build developments.
• Assist with project planning, coordination, and execution.
• Keep internal systems and project databases up to date with all relevant information.
• Attend meetings with the board of directors and contribute to follow‑up actions and reviews.
• Support risk assessments, contract administration, and project scheduling.
• Build rapport with architects, M&E consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.
