About the Role

You will be the go to person for the trade customers helping them choose the right products and giving practical advice. Your day will include sales, stock work, merchandising, and keeping the store looking sharp. This is a busy role where no two days are the same, and where great customer service really matters.
Skills and Experience Retail sales experience, ideally within hardware or a similar hands on environment
Strong product knowledge or a willingness to learn
Confident communicator who enjoys helping customers solve problems
Reliable, organised, and comfortable working in a fast paced store
