Adecco is partnering with a commodity trading firm and we are looking for a Trade Operations Assistant to join their business! Reporting to the Trade Operations Manager, this role supports end-to-end trade operations, preparing shipping and trade documents, coordinating with logistics partners, and ensuring smooth execution of international shipments.

- Work Hours: Mon‑Fri, 9am - 6pm
- Basic salary + AWS + VB
The Job: - Prepare and manage trade documents (invoices, packing lists, shipping documents).
- Coordinate logistics and customs processes.
- Support international trading of metals and industrial materials.
- Liaise with vendors, clients, shipping agents, and internal teams.
- Assist with client onboarding and administrative tasks.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance for audits.
