Position Overview
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute nationwide trade marketing plans that drive in-store traffic and retail sell-through.
• Lead the end-to-end execution of brand events, including store activations, dealer conventions, and company anniversaries.
• Coordinate creative campaigns across physical retail and digital platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok) to ensure a cohesive brand message.
• Serve as the on-site leader during major activations, overseeing logistics, vendor coordination, and real-time troubleshooting.
• Manage and motivate a small marketing team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous innovation.
• Monitor competitor moves and consumer electronics trends to keep Vismay’s campaigns ahead of the curve.
Qualifications & Experience
