The Cboe FX team is hiring for a Trade Desk Associate. This role is a core member of our global FX operations team based in Singapore, responsible for real‑time client support and system monitoring on a 24x5 low‑latency FX trading platform. The associate will own the Asia trading session and work closely with London and US teams.
Responsibilities - Trading Desk & Client Support
- First point of contact via phone/email during the Asia session; provide level‑one, real‑time support for trading, connectivity, and market data.
- Troubleshoot and resolve client issues related to APIs (e.g., FIX, ITCH), trading behaviour, and platform functionality.
- Document issues, actions taken, and outcomes for internal tracking and client communication.
