As the first point of contact, you'll handle face-to-face and telephone customer interactions, managing sales, enquiries, and order preparation. Dive into a dynamic role with diverse daily responsibilities!

Primary Responsibilities: 

• Counter sales and enquiries
• Entering sales orders / answering telephone enquiries
• Providing customer quotes, order status updates, lead times etc.
• Picking and packing of orders, cutting material using an up-cut saw
• Operating forklifts for loading / unloading of trucks
