Tractor Driver (Arable Farm) – Norfolk

Salary: £40k‑£50k per year (depending on experience)

Accommodation: Available if required (modern 2‑bedroom cottage)

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain modern tractor and equipment to a high standard.
• Work independently on a large‑scale combinable cropping operation.
• Drive large kit; spraying experience not essential.
• Contribute to smooth day‑to‑day running of the farm and work with a small, dedicated team.

Candidate Qualifications

• Proven experience in arable farming and tractor driving.
• Strong mechanical skills and attention to detail.
• Can work independently and as part of a team.
• Proactive, positive approach with a strong work ethic.
• Full UK driving licence.
