We are looking for a skilled, flexible, and experienced Tournant (Relief Chef) to support various kitchen sections and ensure smooth culinary operations across all shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist and work across different kitchen sections as needed (hot kitchen, cold kitchen, pastry, etc.)
- Step in to replace chefs during their absence or during busy operations
- Ensure food is prepared according to hotel recipes and standards
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety
- Support the kitchen team in daily preparation and service
- Follow instructions from the Sous Chef and the Executive Chef
- Ensure consistency, quality, and timely delivery of dishes
- Assist in stock handling and kitchen organization
