Responsibilities

• Conduct guided tours and provide engaging information about attractions, landmarks, or destinations.
• Answer questions and address concerns from tourists professionally.
• Ensure the safety and satisfaction of the group during the tour.
• Coordinate with transportation and other service providers for smooth tour operations.
• Research and update knowledge about historical, cultural, and natural sites.
• Manage schedules and keep tours on time.
• Promote respect for local culture, environment, and regulations.

Qualifications

• High school graduate; a degree in T ourism, History, or related fields is an advantage.
• Proven experience as a tour guide or in customer service is preferred.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills in English and Filipino (additional languages are a plus).
