JOB DESCRIPTION
To liaise with operation staff and perform trouble-shooting to High-Speed Progressive Carbide Dies to ensure effective operation of the area. To sustain and improve Die performance to achieve higher utilization with the ultimate objective of achieving higher productivity and production targets. To liaise with Toolroom for fabrication of new punch and die for replacement or modification. To provide engineering support to operation staff towards improving stamping process. To provide support in analyzing and solving stamping related problems. At least a Professional Certificate/ NiTEC in Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (ElectroMechanical), Engineering (Metal Fabrication/ Tool & Die/ Welding), Engineering (Others) or equivalent. Required skill(s): Tool & Die, Precision Engineering, Fabrication. At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Applicants must be willing to work in Tuas and perform 3 rotating shifts.
