Position Overview
Minimum Requirements - Proven experience with CNC milling (3-axis or more)
- Experience with conventional milling and turning
- Proficiency in Mastercam (preferred) or other CAM software
- Strong understanding of:
- Machine setup
- Cutter selection and tooling strategies
- Machining processes and materials
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Demonstrated experience in a manufacturing/toolroom environment
Key Responsibilities - Manufacture, assemble, and maintain precision moulds, tools, and fixtures
- Program and operate CNC machines using CAM software
- Perform full machine setups, including tooling and workholding
- Select appropriate cutters and machining strategies for optimal results
