We are currently seeking a Tool & Die Maker Assistant to join our growing manufacturing team! This is a great opportunity for someone with hands‑on experience or apprenticeship training looking to build their career in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance on injection molds (disassembly, cleaning, inspection, and reassembly)
- Troubleshoot and repair molds during production to minimize downtime
- Operate machinery including mills, lathes, grinders, and radial arm drills
- Work with CNC equipment such as CNC sinker EDM and CNC vertical milling centers
- Use CAD/CAM software (Mastercam) to analyze, design, and run CNC programs
- Perform detailed handwork (grinding, polishing, blending, and texture repair) to improve mold performance and part quality
- Safely operate forklifts and overhead cranes
