Job Number:

·Responsible for proper receiving, storage and issuance of all materials, parts, assemblies, dies, templates, form blocks, supplies, equipment or tools in an assigned crib.

·Must keep such records as will show disposition of all items at all times.

·May be required to write requisitions, etc.

·Must recognize defective or broken tools, equipment, parts, etc., and arrange for repair or replacement of it.

·Must detect and report shortages to supervision.

·Responsible for neat and orderly arrangement of items in crib.

Tools & Equipment Used:

·Hand truck and material handling devices.

Experience & Other Requirements:

·Nine (9) months of related experience.
