DFC Title Administrator I


The DFC Title Administrator I is responsible for all aspects of missing and incoming titles, and title maintenance, as it pertains to Driveway Finance Corporation.


The DFC Title Administrator I reports to the DFC Loan Services Supervisor.


Responsibilities

+ Monitor funded loans and communicate with Lithia dealerships to obtain status updates on outstanding titles

+ Actively proof seek lien perfection and secure vehicle titles

+ Maintain positive and professional communications with customers, DMV, and dealership personnel

+ Accurately log and process all incoming electronic and paper titles

+ File paper titles correctly in fire safes

+ Communicate title errors to dealership and coordinate correction of title

+ Work with state DMVs to obtain replacements for lost or damaged titles
