The Time Critical Operational Care Specialist is responsible for managing urgent and time-sensitive shipments within the Quick Time Critical department during assigned shifts. The role requires fast-paced decision-making, proactive communication, and precise execution to ensure shipments meet strict deadlines and customer requirements.
