Position Overview
The Time Critical Operational Care Specialist is responsible for managing urgent and time-sensitive shipments within the Quick Time Critical department during assigned shifts. The role requires fast-paced decision-making, proactive communication, and precise execution to ensure shipments meet strict deadlines and customer requirements. Note that shift patern is 4 On / 4 Off (06:00 18:00). How you create impact Manage end-to-end handling of time-critical and urgent shipments (e.g. Nex Flight out , express, hand-carry) Coordinate closely with airlines, couriers, and transport teams Monitor real-time shipment status and proactively intervene to prevent delays Ensure all movements meet agreed transit times and service level agreements (SLAs) Provide timely updates to internal stakeholders and Customer Care teams Handle operational exceptions and escalate critical issues where required Maintain accurate system updates and documentation throughout shipment lifecycle Support structured shift ...
