We are seeking skilled TIG/MIG Precision Welders to join a precision manufacturing environment producing critical components used in industrial fluid and transport systems.

This role involves welding high-spec parts made from multiple alloys, including stainless steel, carbon steel, Monel, and Hastelloy. Welders are expected to work from blueprints and welding specifications while meeting strict quality and safety standards.

Candidates will complete a hands-on weld test during the interview process, with a tiered evaluation (Level I–III) used to assess skill level and determine starting pay.
