The person for the role will perform high-precision TIG welding on stainless steel and exotic alloys (like Inconel and Titanium).
Material thickness ½ mm to 1.2mm
The weld must look clean and pass strict quality inspections.
Pay rate initially £18.54 rising to £19.15 per hour.
Days shift 7.30am to 4.30pmMonday to Thursday Friday 7.30am to 12.30pm
Key Responsibilities
Precision Welding:High-quality TIG welding on stainless steel and exotic metals.
Purging:Set up back-purging to ensure clean welds.
Blueprint Reading:Read engineering drawings and weld symbols.
Metal Prep:Clean, cut, and fit metal parts before welding.
Quality Check:Inspect welds for defects like cracks or gaps.
