Tier 2 ISP Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Tier 2 ISP Technician to join our growing technical team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting, maintaining, and optimizing wireless and broadband network infrastructure while delivering exceptional technical support to both internal stakeholders and external clients.

This position is ideal for a technically strong individual with hands-on experience in ISP environments, wireless networking, fibre infrastructure, MikroTik, Ubiquiti, and advanced troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

Wireless & Network Infrastructure

• Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade wireless infrastructure including wireless controllers, network access management systems, and guest Wi-Fi networks.


• Deploy and support Wi-Fi access points (WAPs), radios, antennas, routers, switches, servers, printers, and endpoint devices.
