Our Thoroughbred Talents Graduate Programme (Business/Marketing Stream) will commence in October 2026. This is a unique two-year programme designed to provide graduates with broad exposure to many aspects of the Irish horse racing industry.

As part of Horse Racing Ireland (HRI), you will gain hands-on experience across a range of functions including marketing, communications, project coordination, and industry engagement.
