Thermal designs for PSU, BBU, shelf and RACK.
Innovative thermal solutions implemented for developed products.
Join cross‑function teams to co‑work and design margins improvement.
Thermal modeling analysis/simulation for design products.
Airflow rate/impedance characteristic validation.
Temperature profiles monitoring and drafting analysis.
Acoustic measurement and debug.
Thermal test to verify design solution & thermal troubleshooting.
Responsible for market analysis of Flex competitive position on power, thermal performance and cost.
Experience we’re looking to add to our team:
Bachelor or Master degree in Thermal and Flow Engineering or related Engineering.
Fluent with Flotherm and good knowledge in thermal and flow dynamics.
At least 4-5 years experience on thermal design.
