You will provide tailored support to students, promoting their emotional wellbeing, social development, and learning engagement. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver one-to-one and group therapeutic support under guidance from teachers and SENCOs.
• Support students in managing emotions, building social skills, and developing coping strategies.
• Assist in implementing individualised behaviour and support plans.
• Collaborate with school staff, families, and external professionals to ensure consistent support.
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to the evaluation of interventions.
