Theatre Unit Manager

Our client, a private hospital based in Benoni, is looking for a Theatre Unit Manager to join their team. The Theatre Manager will be responsible for coordinating improved quality nursing care by ensuring compliance with professional and ethical practice. The incumbent will also be responsible for monitoring and ensuring that nursing care and service delivery is implemented and practiced within a multi-disciplinary quality assurance team.

• Ensure all categories of staff in Theatre implement Theatre policies and procedures.
• Plan and organise staffing including duty hours, time keeping, and leave planning as per Kronos timekeeping system.
• Review and maintain policy and procedures in line with National Core Standards.
