Position Overview
Job Descriptions: - The Testing & Commissioning Manager shall develop, manage and implement the testing and commissioning activities including the training for the Board's employees.
- Develop testing and commissioning checklists, inspection and test procedures, and the testing commissioning plan for the Project
- Lead the proposed testing and commissioning team and co-ordinate with the Site Supervision Team and Contractors to develop and implement the commissioning plan and execute it so as to complete the Works within the stated Project Milestones
- Oversee the whole of testing and commissioning activities which should commence from dry commissioning to successful completion of process commissioning including optimization of plant operation
