Mission:

As Test technician, you will be a member of the Customer Support & Service of Thales Belgium for Herstal site dealing with weapon systems and ammunition. You will serve both internal and external customers. You will deal with the realization of various customer support requests like training, technical assistance, investigations, repairs and firing campaigns.

Main Responsibilities:

As Test Technician, your main responsibilities will be:

  • Services operational provisionTo support our internal and external customers by providing technical assistance and expertise.Operate tests in our premises and edit the related test reports (Environmental tests, firing).Workshop and on-site repairsUser return of experience for continuous product improvementTo provide training courses to our customers worldwide.To coordinate various stakeholders during firing campaigns abroad for Program and After Sales services.
